Noodle Soup

Lanzhou beef noodles, known as the first-place noodle in China and it is the essence of Lanzhou culture. House-made silky noodles made to various levels of thickness, with our signature house-made chilli oil, which is based on 4 different types of Chinese dried chillies that and boiled in a sesame oil blend then steeped for 24 hours, and the bone broth that’s simmered for 3-4 hours with 18 Chinese spices imported from northwest China to make up the unique flavour.

 
 

Dry Noodles

Large, soft and tender beef with red chilli oil and fresh coriander, plus handmade noodles and beef sauces, making up a rich favour dry noodle. After tasting, people cannot forget the magic flavour of the special dry noodle.
