Master Gan
A kind and humble old man, born and grew up in the City of Lanzhou. He has been a master chef of Lanzhou beef noodles for half his life.
Junior Lan
Junior Lan was born during generation Z in Melbourne and learned noodle skills from his grandfather. He feels that hand-made noodle is super cool, and dream of carrying forward this traditional Chinese craft to all over the world.
